Will there be WiFi available at the conference?

The majority of our venues now offer free WiFi access, our customer service team will usually provide you with a password to access the network upon your arrival at the venue.

Can I see who else is attending the conference?

Due to the data protection laws in the UK we cannot disclose the identities of any other conference delegate to a third party

What is the dress code for this conference?

Our dress code is officially “business / smart casual” which basically means that jackets and ties are not essential, shorts and sandals are a little too casual, but if you stick to wearing what you would be comfortable going to a meeting in you won’t go far wrong. Some conferences may have evening drinks receptions, dinners or entertainment which may require more formal attire. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Will I receive any form of receipt if I pay by credit card?

Yes. You will receive a World Pay purchase receipt as soon as your credit card transaction has been made. A VAT receipt will then follow in the post five working days after your credit card payment.

Can you recommend any accommodation near to the event venue?

For a selection of hotels near to the venue, please visit Unfortunately we are not able to recommend any specific hotels in the vicinity of the event’s venue.

Do I need to bring anything with me to register on the day?

For security reasons, we ask that you bring along your booking confirmation email or a business card as proof of your identity.

Will I receive the speakers’ presentations on the day of the event?

No. When returning your evaluation form at the end of the day, you will be issued with a card containing the link and password to access the speaker presentations online. Should you leave early on the day, the link and password will also be included in our thank you email sent after the event. Subject to speaker disclosure, these will be available five working days after the event and will be held for six months.
